I wrote you several times but, you never responded lately for a reason I do not   know. I will advice that you respond and let me know your decision in this matter or   if by 48 hours If I do not hear from you, then - I may consider it that you have   given me a go ahead to do whatever I deem necessary., as the only requirement   from you now is the one time payment of the Insurance premium charges which cost   only $155 USD, this is the only payment attached to this award, to insure your   payment consignment against any unforseen circumstances that may arise during   delivery and it is refundable upon delivery.
