This is Sharon Williams , well i have  received  your mail and i have gone through all your documents and confirmed the files here ,I have spoken to your employer and she has informed me about your traveling to LA  and am willing to go ahead and speed up the process, so all you have to do  fill in the form i have attached, leave part you don't understand blank, and return it with a fees of $550  equivalent to Rs 39,500 INR indian currency  i will be sending you the  details of how to send the amount once you return the form and  confirm the payment to enable me  start processing your visa 

Your visa was to  be processed New Delhi  embassy  since this  is were your file was sent to but i can request for the interview and issuance to be done in the consulate of your choice as per your request but that is after i have submitted the visa fees, since no action can be done on your file when its still pending visa fees ,and i have verified your documents with the file in the visa section,once the process starts i will have a date fixed for the interview within 48 hours prior to submiting  the visa fees and your visa will be out in 5-10 working days.
