Good Day,

My name is Mr. Vincent Motau, a non-executive director of State for Petroleum Resources in South African. Be informed that Sonangol EP awarded a contract to a South African firm (Shell Southern Africa Energy Pty Ltd) with contract Ref No: SAGL/PED/1462/KADREF/92) for the maintenance of the Sonangol Oil Well located at Luanda, Angola. Mr. Edson Dos Santos who works for Sonangol EP and I over-invoice the contract amount.


The contract has been successfully executed by the contractors and their contract sum has been paid to them, leaving our overestimated balance of (Ninety-Eight Million United State Dollars Only) still pending at The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) escrow account bank Right now


We, as government officials, are not permitted to own or operate a foreign bank account. Therefore we need a reliable person who can stand in for us to claim the overestimated amount of all documents will be provided for the claims.


Note that 10% of our share will be invested in your country, as we propose to give you 45% of the (Ninety-Eight Million United State Dollars Only) my partners and I will get 45% of the money. The balance of 10% will be allocated to cover all expenses incurred by both partners, be informed that this proposal is urgent.
