My name is Maj. Gen. Klaus Davidwest, an American Army, currently in Syria for peace Keeping duty. I wish to let you know about a business of supplying an active ingredients material from India to an American company, I have been doing this business with one of my Indian partner until 2019 when I lost him.

 

There is an active raw ingredients material, which I normally supplied to the American company from India through my India partner. Right now I am in Syria for peace Keeping mission and cannot execute the business by myself hence I'm seeking your partnership, the Director of the American company have asked me for the contact of the India dealer to enable them contact them for the supply. Because of the Virus issue they told me that they cannot send their Manager to India, but they will send money to their agent at the American Embassy in India so that he/she can get the product from you and make payment to you. Afterwards, the agent will courier the product to America through their freight agent. Last year the American Company sent their purchase manager to India, but due to the recent global pandemic Corona-Virus Threat, the America Company opted to send money to the agent to get the product and cargo to them to American.

 

I do not wish to give the American company's Managing Director or Chief Purchase Officer, the contact of the local dealer, because of my interest in the business, I normally made some exciting good profit and it was too encouraging to give away like that. I intended to present you as the local dealer (That means that you will stand as a middle person between the American company and the local dealer in India), so that the American company will not know the source and real cost of the material.

 

The local dealer in India is selling the active material at the cost of $4,950 USD Per Litre while the American company buys at the cost of $8,690 USD Per Litre. The Company normally demand between 100 - 1000 Litres every three months.

 

I have found to a conclusive point that this material can be found at a cheaper rate with natural purity upto 95% that the American company usually demanded in India, more the rate in Japan, Saudi Arabia and Iran. I will convince the American company to send the money and buy the material from you. Then  I want you to buy the material from the local dealer and supply to the American company through their agent or send directly to the company in America.

 

Your duty will be to buy the material from the local dealer and supply to the American Company then we (you and I ) will share the profit generated on the basis of 60% for you and 40% for me.

 

Your role must be played perfectly and the least I will expect from you is betrayal. Again, I don't want the American company to know the real cost or source of the the product, likewise I don't want the local dealer to know about the American company.
