Quickly go through the Purchase Order and use the information indicated to prepare a Proforma Invoice so that I will submit to our marketing department as they requested. Meanwhile, I have spoken and negotiate with the manufacturing company head office director in Malaysia for them to release the product samples, I also introduce you to them as our new sole agent in South Korea which I'll open communication after I finalized with them.
 
They went into consideration with me as an old regular customer and they finally agreed to supply the product samples and our company have started making arrangement on how to raise the fund and transfer it over to you, so that you can pay them. We haven't met each other yet, but I believed that business is all about trust and I'm giving you that trust hoping that you wouldn't disappointment or fail me in any way.
 
Quickly prepare a proforma invoice with the quantity and price rate at the Purchase Order, attached with your company bank account full details  so I'll submit to our marketing dept. as they requested an invoice from you and they'll issue Irrevocable Confirmed Purchase Order (ICPO) after that. I'll open communication between you and the Manufacturing Company as our agent once I finalize with them to make everything much easier for you to handle.
 
PREPARE THE INVOICE WITH YOUR COMPANY BANK ACCOUNT FULL DETAILS WHERE THE FUND WILL BE TRANSFERRED TO

Note: Our company can make the payment once to your company's bank account or gradually, depends on your choice.

You should understand that I came across your contact details in South Korea business directory and  it was then that I showed interest in contacting you, if you can be able to handle this transaction with me. I will arrange and send the product sample over to you which you will present to our purchasing manager when he arrives in South Korea, I will be guiding you and also telling you what to do in any point we get to. I will also protect your company in any area.

As I said, you have nothing to worry about, because I will come with our Purchasing Manager to South Korea to meet you, because he is coming to South Korea for the first time.

Don't bother yourself I will make everything else for you.
