 Frederick Farm Construction Company offers a flexible paid time-off plan which includes vacation, personal, and sick leave. Eligibility for the company retirement plan begins 90 days after your start date. You are also entitled to a three (3) bedroom fully furnished living quarters throughout the duration of the contract.
