I am very sorry, I am not trying to be rude to you as someone who is serving the Public in a Charity but kindly be informed that you are not in any way compelled to receive this money.

It's strictly for your own good and personal interest. If you decide not to get the funds, you can as well indicate in a letter that you are not interested, and the funds allocated to you will be given to some other people who officially applied for the funds. Lots of people from different continents have seen the people who have successfully received their funds and they wrote to us to indicate their interests. The details of those applicants are documented for possible donations for the next batch, which takes place by the middle of March next year.
